South Africa

We offer delivery throughout South Africa, partnering with Bobgo and various courier services, with our preferred partner being The Courier Guy whenever possible. Delivery to major metropolitan areas typically takes between 1-2 working days, while delivery to outlying regions may take 5-10 working days. Please allow for a 48 hour processing time, week days only.

Flat Rate: We charge a flat fee of ZAR 100.00 for delivery across South Africa.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over ZAR 2000.00.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send tracking information to the email address you provided. From there, you can coordinate with the designated courier company to receive your order.

International Shipping

For international deliveries, we use DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination zones. If you'd like to inquire about rates beforehand, please reach out to us at studioduosarah@gmail.com. Otherwise, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please note, this does not include customs clearance fees.

Accurate Address: Make sure to provide the correct delivery address and contact information. We cannot offer refunds for items that are returned to sender due to incorrect details. If this happens, we will attempt to re-deliver, but the costs will be at your expense.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 15-20 working days, excluding any delays from customs.

International shipping rates are standard up to 2.5 kg (5.51 lbs), with costs determined by location.

Customs & Duties

Please be aware that any customs or import duties charged by the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees cannot be estimated or prepaid, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for clarification before placing your order. Studio Duo will not be responsible for covering these charges, nor can we accept returns or offer refunds due to unpaid customs duties.
