RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Studio Duo, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item(s) must have been purchased from our online store.
• The item(s) should be returned in brand new condition, with all original tags and packaging.
• The return or exchange request must be made within 14 working days of delivery.
• The return must be completed within 7 working days of the return or exchange request.

How to Return Your Item:

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at studioduosarah@gmail.com with your return request, providing a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item(s).
2. Ensure all original tags and packaging are included.
3. Ship your return to:
   The Woodstock Foundry, Unit UL 20
   150 - 170 Albert Road, Woodstock, 7915.

Please note: Returns without the original tags and packaging will not be accepted.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your return in its original condition, we will process your refund through our payment gateway, Yoco. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, although it may process faster depending on your bank.

Sale Items:

All items purchased at a sale or discounted rate are considered final sales and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Charges:

Please note, original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
