1. Do you ship anywhere in South Africa?

Yes, we deliver nationwide! We use The Courier Guy through the Bob Go Portal. A flat shipping fee of R100 is applied to all local parcels, and shipping is free on orders over R2000. 

2. How do I track my order?

Once your order is completed, packaged, and collected by the courier, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor the progress of your parcel as it heads your way.

If you don’t see the dispatch email, just contact us at studioduosarah@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help you track it.

3. Why does my order say ‘fulfilled’ on the website, but I haven’t received my tracking email yet?

No worries! "Fulfilled" means your payment has been processed successfully, but it doesn’t mean your parcel has been shipped just yet. You’ll receive your tracking details as soon as the order has been collected by the courier and dispatched.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We offer international shipping via DHL Express.

5. Will I need to pay customs duties and taxes on international orders?

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import fees, and taxes upon arrival in your country. Please note that these charges are your responsibility and vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.

6. Can I send a gift card to someone?

Absolutely! You can purchase a Studio Duo gift card here and send it to a loved one.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, EFT, and Studio Duo gift vouchers through our website. If you visit our studio, you can also pay with a debit or credit card.

8. How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order before it’s shipped. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is ready and has been dispatched.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at studioduosarah@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

10. Where are your garments made?

Our garments are produced both locally in South Africa and in India.

Our priority is to support and uplift communities and create jobs and relationships that are meaningful. At current, our launch collection was crafted in India, while our next collection is in production in Cape Town. 

11. Do you use organic cotton?

Our cotton is sourced from India, and while we currently use the highest quality conventionally produced in cotton, we're working towards incorporating certified organic cotton into our collection in the future. Our dyes are low-tox and AZO-free, ensuring they don’t contain harmful, toxic, or carcinogenic substances.
